When I was a kid I used to take things apart. I regularly wrecked my fathers stereo system until I was forced to go to college after I took apart his VCR and was unable to get it back together again. After majoring in beer and soldering iron, I took a break from college to manage a video game store, do basic PC repair and build high-end home theaters for people with more money than know-how.

Currently I’m back in school pursuing my long delayed journalism degree. I blog about the business
of technology, web culture and anything with a circuit board.
