ZVUE returns with an Elvis Presley branded PMP
Just in case the recently announced Journey branded DAP was not enough for you, ZVUE has once again come up with another uniquely branded player. This time its an Elvis Presley branded portable media player.
The Kings player will feature 1GB of onboard storage, and FM radio, voice recorder, photo and text viewer and a 2.4-inch display. The PMP will also come pre-loaded with 10 music video clips which are taken from the “68 Special” and “Aloha From Hawaii” concert specials.
Similar to the other ZVUE products, the Kings branded player can be purchased at Wal-Mart, that is assuming you are willing to part with the $49.88 that it costs, however it will not be available until August 12.

ZVUE goes retro with the 1GB Journey branded DAP
ZVUE has just unveiled their latest digital audio player, a special 1GB model that is not only branded with some bitchin’ Journey graphics, but also comes pre-loaded 11 classic tracks as well as 11 that are new.
I will admit a little guilty pleasure when it comes to some of the classic Journey, but still have to ask, they have new stuff? Anyway, perhaps the best part, and maybe the only savior is that that you can pick one up for the low price of $39.88. The Journey branded ZVUE will be available from Wal-Mart online and seems to be available for home delivery or in-store pickup.
I just cannot resist some sarcasm here, but something about a Journey branded player being released in 2008, that is available from Wal-Mart is just screaming no-class. However I am sure there are still some Journey fans that will find this a little to hard to resist. Of course for under 40 bucks that could be a decent player to use when you are afraid of damaging your real portable player.
Zvue; allows you to be patriotic, still listen to your MP3’s
The Zvue Spirit, the latest MP3 player to show its face, and quite a face it has. It certainly lives up to its Spirit name, with the red, white and blue flag design, not to mention its star shaped control pad. The Zvue Spirit will retail for $36 and be available beginning July 4, 2008. Aside from its patriotic outer shell, the Zvue Spirit is a pretty basic player that offers 1GB of storage and can play MP3, WMA and WAV files. The Spirit also comes with “fifteen great rock/pop/country songs creates a fun, patriotic, listening experience.”
