OLPC faces injunction, sales in Nigeria stopped with possible $20M in damages

The case against the OLPC over patent infringement related to the keyboard on the XO laptop has been brought into court. Currently the Nigerian company has gotten an injunction which means the OLPC cannot be sold, imported or distributed there.
