First week Windows 7 sales beat Vista sales by 234%
Windows 7 saw a pretty good amount of coverage coming from the tech blogs, after all I would say that a fair amount of tech bloggers were using it on a regular, if not daily basis since the public beta was released back in January of 2009. That said, I… Continue Reading »

Palm Pre breaks Sprint sales records, sells an estimated 50,000
It seems that at least the executives from Sprint Nextel have deemed the Palm Pre a success. According to some estimates, the Palm Pre sold anywhere between 50,000 and 100,000 units in the first two days. Of course, these numbers are just estimates, and to break that down a little… Continue Reading »
Best Buy reports solid fourth quarter earnings
Although Best Buy is not surpassing sales from last year, their fourth quarter still beat expectations and proved that the electronics giant isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. MSI is expected to reach sales of somewhere between 600,000 and 700,000 units for their Wind netbook. Although it sounds like a big difference from the 4 million that Asus has sold, MSI is coming in well above their initial goal of 500,000. The higher than expected sales are due… Continue Reading »
