Logitech, Last.fm partner to offer free personalized radio

by Robert Nelson on Jan 22, 2008 at 06:21 AM

Logitech and Last.fm

A recent partnership between Logitech and Last.fm will allow users to enjoy free personalized radio. The radio can be listened to using select internet radio receivers from Logitech to include the Squeezebox and Transporter. Users will be able to have an on-the-go experience with Last.fm, taking the PC out of the picture.

Sadly as of now the support is limited to just the Squeezebox and Transporter, however more support is expected to come via a “software update due before the end of the year.“ Users will then be able to enjoy their personalized Last.fm radio stations using a wider selection of Logitech’s boxes.

Heinz Ketchup: Taking individualism to the next level

Gadgetell Heinz Ketchup

Now we know this has absolutely nothing to do with technology, but we couldn’t pass it up.  According to USAToday, you can now customize regular Ketchup bottles, upside down ones, and other shapes and sizes.  The bottles are $6 each.  I have an idea, we could order a dozen Gadgetell Ketchups and give them away in our next contest (clearly kidding).  Visit myheinz.com to order your favorite size and personal catch-phrase.

USAToday also talked about customized M&Ms, Soda (or Coke or Pop depending where you live), and Candy.  The M&Ms will run you $45 plus about $13 in shipping.  Even though it’s not tech, we still think it will be a booming business.
