OLPC faces injunction, sales in Nigeria stopped with possible $20M in damages

The case against the OLPC over patent infringement related to the keyboard on the XO laptop has been brought into court. Currently the Nigerian company has gotten an injunction which means the OLPC cannot be sold, imported or distributed there. In addition they are also seeking $20 million in damages.
This could be bad news for OLPC as the injunction is said to last a while, possibly taking several months at best to be worked out. No word from the OLPC camp as of yet, but I would imagine they are beginning their defense.
