LG Scarlet are some fine looking LCD TVs
There have been a lot of great Scarlets in the last one hundred years. Scarlet O’Hara, Scarlet Johansson, Miss Scarlet from Clue. The new Scarlet from LG is the latest of fine looking Scarlets to burst onto the scene.
LG has recently unveiled two more great Scarlets with the LG70 and LG80 LCD televisions. I imagine that these televisions take their namesake from their red frames, and each one has full HD resolution of 1080p, as well as USB connectivity. The LG70 has a contrast ratio of 50,000:1, while the LG80 has a 30,000:1.

To make its camera feature even more fun, the LG KC910 can also record QVGA video at up to 120fps. The LG KC910 also comes with a built-in GPS, geotagging feature for photos. Verizon intro’s Visual Voicemail for the LG Voyager
Visual Voicemail has proved to be an effective way of receiving and checking your voicemail, now instead of listening to every message you can listen to just the important ones, and save the rest for later.
This is a feature that we first saw on the iPhone with AT&T, however since then Sprint has also begun to offer it on the Samsung Instinct and now Verizon has become the latest with their LG Voyager.
The visual voicemail will come as part of a new software update and will be offered free of charge for current owners. It will also be included on a new model of the Voyager that has been dubbed the Voyager Refresh.
Verizon has also stated that the visual voicemail feature will be available for other models, but have not given any information on which will be included or when we can expect it.

LG to release Netflix streaming Blu-Ray player
LG Electronics is making good on it’s promise to bring Netflix streaming to your TV. LG’s new Blu-Ray player, the LG BD3000, that will release this fall will have the service integrated automatically. Those with Netflix accounts can stream videos from their queue as well as browse the full library of titles without having to go to a computer.
The player will of course also play Blu-Ray discs, and DVDs, up-converting the DVDs to 1080p if your TV can handle it. This may edge out the PlayStation 3 as the Blu-Ray player to get if you don’t like playing video games. Netflix streaming movies aren’t quite HD quality as of right now, most are actually around or just about DVD quality, so Blu-Ray discs will be more desirable for movies you’ll want to watch over and over again, but it’s a great for an On Demand type of service, with more the 12,000 titles available when the machine launches.
You also can’t forget that the play will run “well under $500,” according to LG Electronics.

LG unveils the light blue Chocolate 3
We saw the original LG Chocolate 3 announcement come along with the Dare and Decoy, but at the time it looked as if it were going to be available only in black. Well thankfully LG believes we should have some color options with our phones, although personally I am not digging the light blue, the metal trim and music wheel give it a nice overall look. As we have already seen the Chocolate 3 takes a little different style, moving from the candybar style to a new clamshell design, however the features remain solid, and the Chocolate 3 should do as well as the original models. It is still expected to be available beginning next month.
