HAVA player now available for Nokia Internet tablets
While the Nokia N810 WiMAX Internet Tablet remains pretty useless, with the announced delay of Sprint’s WiMAX service roll-out, here comes something else that’ll help you put that sorry device to good use. You see, the HAVA HD streamer, a lesser known app than Slingbox in the portable TV category, is now available for Nokia’s Internet Tablet PCs. Yes, and that even includes the old models. This announcement was officially made by Monsoon, the company who makes the HAVA HD streamer, during CTIA Wireless 2008. An early version of the HAVA player was tested by folks from Internet Tablet Talk, and they conclude that the portable version is even better than the PC version.
