The countries include: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hong-Kong, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United States, and the United Kingdom.
