LG releases the touchscreen KF700 in Europe

The LG touchscreen phone that made its first appearance during the Mobile World Congress 2008 in Barcelona has finally been released in Europe. As we reported previously, the LG-KF700 sports a full touchscreen display which is serve as one of its three input methods.
Aside from the touchscreen display, the LG-KF700 also has a shortcut dial located at the back of the phone. This dial quickly scrolls through six user-selected features and also controls a virtual dial on screen. So users don’t have to dig through layers of menus anymore just to access the functions that they want to use. Users can also use the shortcut dial to zoom in on web pages as well as scroll through emails and adjust the volume. And finally, LG responded to the users clamors who have grown familiar with and retained the numeric keypad as the phone’s third input method. In addition to these 3 input methods, the LG-KF700 also boasts of other features that include; MP3 player, MP4 video player, a 3-megapixel camera and Bluetooth.
