Roadrunner Bluetooth headset; Is this for civilians or military?
While Bluetooth headsets may be very functional, they tend to leave the user looking kind of like a ‘tool’ however this new military styled headset takes that look to a whole new level.
Thanks to Roadrunner we now have their latest Bluetooth headset that takes on more of a military than a regular guy appearance. The Roadrunner Bluetooth Communicator uses a larnyx microphone which is said to allow your voice to be “directly transmitted from the larynx, with noise suppression of up to 10 dB.” It also offers up to 9 hours of talk time with a full charge in as little as 2 hours.

End of an era: AOL ends support for Netscape browser
AOL has decided to end support for Netscape Navigator as of February 1, 2008. A once popular browser back in the 90’s seems to have fallen far behind. Netscape was purchased by AOL back in 1999 and was quickly updated to Netscape 6 which was the first Netscape-branded Mozilla based browser. Since then AOL has not had its luck with Netscape and although its reported that they have “invested a great deal of time and energy” they have just not been able to compete with Internet Explorer.
AOL’s current business focus and the success the Mozilla Foundation has had in developing critically-acclaimed products, we feel it’s the right time to end development of Netscape branded browsers, hand the reigns fully to Mozilla and encourage Netscape users to adopt Firefox.
While I have not used Netscape in a long time, it was once a favorite browser of mine and it almost seems sad to see it go. Netscape (the name) will live on as a “general use Internet portal,” which to me seems to be an excuse to gain revenue from a once popular name, which is where AOL has gone with their business.

Asus M930W communicator leaked pic, specs
Asus has reportedly been working on a new handheld communicator. Now we have some leaked specs along with a pic. The M930W Communicator is rumored to feature Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, Wi-Fi, 256MB ROM, 128MB of RAM and a microSD slot with support for microSDHC cards. The communicator will be powered by a Marvell PXA270M 520 MHz CPU with tri-band GSM, GPRS, EDGE, and HSDPA support and running Windows Mobile 6.
While the specs seem to be pretty solid, the internal display left a little to be desired. With all that room on the sides it would seem to only make perfect sense to include a little larger display. No word yet on pricing or release date.
