Verizon to release the blue Palm Centro
Based on some recently surfaced images it looks like Verizon will be the latest carrier to offer the widely popular Palm Centro. We have been seeing the blue Palm Centro turn up a few times recently, the first was in those on-line Centro user guides from Palm and based on those most people speculated it would turn up as an unlocked GSM model. That turned out to be untrue as we recently saw Mexican carriers Movistar and Telcel announce its availability.
With that it would have been safe to assume that we would not be seeing it land in the US anytime soon, luckily for Verizon customers it looks like they will soon be getting the blue Centro as well. The Centro, while still unannounced is expected to be available soon.
Keep reading for a backside pic of the blue Centro…
Palm releases the blue Centro in Mexico
We first saw the blue Palm Centro when it showed up in an image from a user guide that was posted on the Palm website. Since then the Blue Centro has remained a mystery, however Palm along with Movistar and Telcel have just announced the availability of both the blue and also a red model.
It had been different carriers, different colors, not its moved on to different countries, different colors. Hopefully Palm will decide to release the blue model elsewhere in the future, but as of now they are not making any promises.

Cingular goes blue with the RAZR
Now that every one and their mother has a Motorola RAZR, I expect the sales have begun to slow a bit, leaving the company feeling blue. BLUE! What a great ideas, Moto has released every single other color for the RAZR, why not blue?
Cingular has just scored the new blue RAZR, V3 model. Besides the somber color change the rest of the specs are the same. In case you were a little too happy, go out and get that new blue RAZR...and if you’re sad cheer up because now it matches your jeans. But don’t get too excited because it will still set you back $99 (with a $50 mail in rebate), while Verizon’s music RAZR only costs $69.
