What do you do when Grandma gets a new wireless computer and things go awry? Which deserving family member gets to go into the hole for three hours to unfungle her computer? Need a quick out? Debuggler is a mop up operation where black-belt, techno-ninjas ply their craft to help grandma by using remote access software and a broadband connection.
Debugglers, as they are commonly known, are Internet do-gooders who suffer from poor posture and bad vision, but make up for it through brilliant work. Debugglers have more energy than a caffeinated cheerleader and can dropkick a laptop 20 yards then bring it back from extinction – and do it remotely.
The best part about it is the price – grandma pays only if she is happy – while you get to duck out and watch the football game.
