Westinghouse announces new LCD computer monitors

Straying away from the TV screens that were recently announced, Westinghouse has gone to the computer monitor department and has created some pretty nice monitors. They are set to come in sizes from 16-inches, 19-inches, 22-inches, and 26-inches. Westinghouse claims that these monitors are perfect for your home, office, or even dorm, they are very stylish and could work anywhere. Westinghouse doesn’t give these monitors a name, so I will just call it the “L series” as they all start with L for their name.

There are six models total in the L series. Let’s begin with the L1610NW (Consumer) and L1614NW (Commercial) which are both 16-inch LCD Monitors. They will be available in March 2008 with an estimated retail price of $169.

Next, we have the L1975NW 19-inch LCD Monitor. It will be available in March 2008 with an estimated retail of $239.

Resolution 1440 x 900 Contrast Ratio 1000:1 2ms response time—gray-to-gray 170/160 viewing angle DVI, D-sub, Audio in Energy Star and RoHS compliant Windows Vista Home Basic compliant

Also, we have the L1916HW (Consumer) and L1914HW (Commercial) which are both 19-inch LCD monitors. They will be available in March 2008 with an estimated price of $269.

Next, we have the L2270NW which is a 22-inch LCD monitor. It will be available March 2008 with an estimated Retail Price of $349.

Next up is the L2210NW (Consumer) and L2214NW (Commercial) with a 22-inch LCD monitors. They will both be available in March 2008 with an estimated price of $299.
