My first reaction was what a waste of time and money, then I remembered that there are more than a few people out there who would not be able to correctly pair a mobile phone and a Bluetooth headset. While it sounds simple for the tech geek, we must remember that some people use technology just because they can, and that they have no real desire to be able to know everything about it, and how it works.
Which brings us services like this latest from Best Buy. A Bluetooth Pairing service, which goes for $9.99 and includes “testing and a demo.” This photo was taken at a Best Buy location in Hamilton California and we can only guess that it has come about in support of the new hands-free laws.
I guess for the person who would not be able to pair the device, but cannot drive without having to take a call, the $10 would be better spent here, then applied towards the tickets they would most likely begin to receive.
