Palm does not seem to be doing all that well in keeping the hopefully soon to be released Treo Pro under wraps, aside from the few in-the-wild style images, we also saw Palm unveil a few pages on their own website, of course they were quickly taken down.
Well it seems that it has happened again, this time Palm released two official press images and a short video of the Treo Pro in action was also found. Most of the specs are still not 100% official, but we can tell you that the handset will be running Windows Mobile 6.1 and featuring the one-touch on/off Wi-Fi button, GPS and a flush-sitting 320 x 320 display.
Other specs that have already been confirmed are the standard 3.5mm headphone jack, microUSB connector and 256MB ROM with 128MB RAM. Although its still not confirmed the Treo Pro is expected to be powered by a 400MHz processor. It looks like the Treo Pro, and its shiny black exterior is set to be ‘officially’ unveiled on August 21, of course we are still waiting to find out the price and carrier.
