Palm Centro rumored to be heading to AT&T, T-Mobile

According to a few reports popping up lately, is seems that Palm is rumored to be preparing for the debut its red hot smartphone, the Centro, on AT&T and then T-Mobile. Palm’s three month exclusivity agreement with Sprint is ending, leaving the market wide open. The Palm Infocenter website reports that the 4Q release delay of the much anticipated 755p on Verizon makes it unclear whether the Centro will make its way there as well. Demand for the Centro has far exceeded Palm’s expectations. The $99 phone/PDA has been flying off the shelves, with the red version being especially popular. A pink version was recently released as well, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
