Over 15,000 PS3s for sale on eBay, 5,000 go for over $1,000

I’m convinced that nobody actually bought the PS3 to play it - they all bought it to sell it on eBay.  Would you buy a game console for $16,000?  I sure as hell hope not - unless you’re one of those casino companies that buys things just for publicity (Read).  At the time of this posting, there are over 300 PAGES of PS3 systems on eBay (over 15,000 items), 100 of which are selling for over $1,000.  I won’t even buy one for the retail price, let alone 4 or 5 hundred dollars more.
