Nintendo’s president has recently acknowledged that they didn’t accurately predict the shear size of the Wii launch and the demand for a unit. Well they’ve decided to do something about it by knocking up production next month to meet the demand. No solid numbers were given, we were just basically told that there will be more. This is news to many peoples ears, including mine, as I tried to grab a Wii and went to Best Buy only to find out that they are all gone.
I guess this proves the Wii is the winner, or at least in a close tie with the 360, in this next gen console battle. I’m looking forward to some Wii Sports action—I rock at tennis. Any challengers?
