The first Pansen PMP was nothing too special, and was called the iTouch. Pansen has recently announced a new PMP, and bears a similar name, not the iTouch II, but the iTouch SE. So far, it looks to be a lot better than the original iTouch.
One thing however remains the same, the screen size, it still sports the same 2.83-inch QVGA touchscreen with 260k colors. In the iTouch, it had three little metallic buttons on the bottom, but in the iTouch SE, it only has a one little metallic button. No word on what exactly it does, but I imagine it’s similar to the iPhone’s button. It comes with Microsoft’s PlayFX, a FM Tuner, external speaker, USB 2.0 connectivity, and Transflash memory card expansion. It also can support a variety of formats including AVI, XviD, DivX, MP3, WMA, APE, FLAC, JPEG, BMP, and TXT. It measures out at 96 x 55 x 12.5 mm and weighs only 85g.
No word on pricing or availability at this time.
