Gadgetell names Virgin Air “Geeks Airline of 2008”

Virgin America continues to put all the other airlines to shame and officially become the geeks airline of choice with the announcement of ‘air-to-ground broadband’

From 2008, in addition to high-tech Linux computers on every seat, seat-to-seat chat, games, movies, music and food ordering you will also get Wi-Fi in the air and Ethernet at every seat connected to the seatback Linux computers.

The downside? Your boss is sure to book you on these flights as he knows you will be contactable via email and IM.
