Apple rolls out updated 30” display

It’s not like the company to roll things out without a Stevenote, but Apple has updated the specs of their 30 inch Cinema Display without a peep.  With the new specs, the display is now in-line with Dell’s previously superior UltraSharp 3007WFP.  Unfortunately for those of you living in the UK, Pocket-lint is reporting that Apple has yet to update it’s UK site.  The updates include raising the brightness from 270cd/m2 to 400 and the contrast ratio from 400:1 to 700:1.  The price is still the same at $2,499.
