Walmart now offering a nicely spec'd sub-$300 Compaq notebookAnyone looking for a low price on a laptop may want to check out Walmart because they are currently offering a Compaq Presario (model # CQ60-419WM) for just $298.  In terms of specs, this particular model comes with a 15.4-inch display, a 2.10GHz AMD Sempron SI-42 processor, a 160GB hard drive, 3GB of RAM, a CD/DVD drive and will be running Windows Vista. 

All-in-all this would make a nice addition for someone going back to school, or even to just have a new (or second) notebook in the house.  This offer is currently available, and will remain that way “while supplies last.”  In other words, if this is something you may want to pick up, I would suggest heading to Walmart a little sooner as opposed to later.
