Vio330

Vio Technology, a GPS company based in the States, recently started shipping out their newest GPS in their E Walker series. It’s a good but basic GPS that sells for a pretty affordable price.

Basically, it sports a 3.5-inch touch screen, SiRF Star III 20 channel GPS receiver, preloaded maps of U.S. including over 2 millions POI’s stored on a 2GB SD card, and runs on a Samsung processor. Additionally, it has text-to-speech functionality, and plays both audio and video.

One interesting feature is that it comes with an automatic adjusting day and night mode, providing for better colors and back light depending on outside light conditions. This can be helpful to make sure you can see your GPS clearly when its too dark, or too bright. Finally, it also has 2D or 3D map options, and voice prompts in English, French, British English, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. It has already begun shipping at Overstock, for $246.
