Verizon’s Palm Treo 800w specs, launch plan revealed

Yet another leak, this time it comes courtesy of a slideshow image and gives us a nice look into the plans Verizon has to introduce the Palm Treo 800w.
The upcoming Treo, according to the slide is scheduled to be released during Q3 2008, however the pricing was not revealed just yet. As for the features, the Treo 800w will include a 1.3-megapixel camera, 256MB flash memory, 128MB RAM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, stereo Bluetooth, an external microSD card slot, EvDO and Rev-A support, VZ Navigator support and running Windows Mobile 6 Professional.

great.. maybe by then this already dated brick will be just another add to the collection of paper weights. up the ram to something usable and replace wm with os used by the already marketed pre. these companies, bb included, have milked techno too long. knowing that there are individuals out there that will continue supporting the need of something famiar. dont believe me just try and find q keyboard smart phone with bt, wifi, 1gb ram, 3-5 mp cam. if i have to wait, ill just buy a used treo755p and suck it up since i loath wm just as much.
