The Asus UFOTO UF735 digital photo frame, display combo
Before we get clobbered by news items about the Eee PC 901, with WiMAX and the Eee PC 1000 from the soon-to-begin Computex, Asus has announced a unique product—the UFOTO UF735. Sorry to disappoint you folks, it’s not some unidentified flying object but rather a 7-inch digital frame in high-resolution 800 x 480.
Aside from the unusual product name, the UFOTO UF375 also touts an unusual feature not common in digital photo frames, the secondary display or sub-display function. This simply means that you can do other tasks on one display and do another in the other display. So, with its 7-inch LCD screen, go figure how small those displays will be, but it would be nice to keep a single app open to the side, such as a document you are reading from or an email program.
At any rate, the UFOTO UF375’s other features include 128MB of internal memory, a USB 2.0 port, earphone jack, support for CD/SD/MMC/MS/xD media as well as USB flash drives. The UFOTO UF735 will be available in Star Silver, Blush Pink and Sky Blue colors for a still undisclosed retail price.

Palm Pre Information & Updates
Palm just introduced their next-gen smartphone, the Palm Pre, and next-gen operating system, Palm webOS. Gadgetell's got the latest Pre and webOS information and news for you right here.

I think the spec shows that the “usable” resolution is 720x480 same as the screen on the eeePC… I’d like to know why they didn’t have a battery on it… I’ve recently come across a similar product that has no built in memory, but has a rechargeable battery - also its an 8 inch 720x480 model…

Sub-display is not so practical in daily use, however, UF735 has user-friendly on-screen menu.
If people don’t care the OSD menu and sub-display, consider the following full function 7” digital photo frame with resolution of 800x480 pixels. Remember, it is digital TFT panel, not the analogue one with 480x234 pixels.
