Ikari

SteelSeries is a major company in designing gaming peripherals and recently they released their own type of gaming mouse. In recent days we have seen Microsoft unveil their SideWinder mouse and many more are getting into the game, so to speak.

The Ikari gaming mouse reportedly features three different mousing grips, Swipe, Claw, and Palm. Additionally, the mouse has an anti-sweat surface, so all you hard-core gamers out there won’t end up with wet mouses during game play. It also sports an optical engine for FPS users and a laser engine for RTS and MMO users. The mouse will also be able to switch through DPI settings and comes with five main, programmable buttons.

SteelSeries plans to release the Ikari mouse during Q4 of 2007.  No word on price, but if like the other gaming mouses, don’t expect this mouse to be cheap.
