Sharp AQUOS TV

Sharp has launched a new 32-inch widescreen high-definition 1080p AQUOS gaming LCD known as the LC-32GP3U. The LC-32GP3U has the ability to handle the highest frame rates to give the best gaming experience. Besides that, consoles with Vyper Drive processing mode will have less lag time between the game console input and LCD display. It also comes with a remote control with a game mode button that can easily switch video inputs. The $1,600 LC-32GP3U comes in three colors, black, white and red will be available later this month.

That’s impressive to see they increased the frame rates, but I wonder by how much.  I’ve always heard LCD’s have had problems with lag times.  From what I’ve read, DLP televisions have the fastest frame speeds and are the best for gaming.
