Seagate technology is making it easier than ever for consumers and mobile professionals to access their growing digital content on their own terms. The Digital Audio Video Experience, aka DAVE, is the newest device from Seagate and it was a big hit this week at the Consumer Electronics Show despite stiff competition from Sanyo and other companies in the same niche.

The Seagate DAVE is a pocket-sized device that functions as a mobile platform with a centralized hub that permits users to bring primary digital content with them without affecting the design of their phone, mobile device, digital recorder or automobile. D.A.V.E. works as a WiFi hard drive for just about any device that is so enabled.

DAVE measures a mere 2.71x3.54 x .63 inches, but despite its tiny size there is enough room in there for up to 60 GB of storage and an integrated WiFi radio! It conveniently accommodates any life style and can be slipped into a pocket, purse or backpack. Performing some hi-tech alchemy, it magically expands the storage capacity on any Bluetooth connection, iPhone, digital camera or car audio system.

Seagate is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of hard disc drives that provide the storage and protection of digital content everywhere. The Seagate DAVE gives users an unlimited flexibility with their content.

There is no word yet on the pricing of this amazing little device.
