In 2009 Samsung will hope to introduce a new category of televisions: LED. The industry has gone from old fashion CRTs, to flat screen (first with Plasma), and the current leader is LCD. Not resting on their laurels Samsung is introducing a new line of LED TVs (not to be confused with OLED - Sony’s focus). I have to say that this displays look great! The colors are vivid, the brightness is superior, and the aesthetic design is gorgeous.
Besides TV’s Samsung was showing off their new Blu-ray players, Blu-ray home theater sound bar, and the first 64GB SSD camcorder.
