RCA Lyra Slider,  Small Wonder, Infinite Radio

RCA Products
RCA introduced three new devices last week.  One of them is the a Portable Media Player called the Lyra Slider, the other is the Small Wonder EZ300HD camcorder, and the last is the Wi-Fi capable Infinite Radio.

The Lyra Slider, which sounds like a Tomb Raider character, is a black and chrome Portable Media Player that resembles a slider phone.  Not only can it do the usual video and audio files, but is set up for FM radio and voice recording.  It will come in 4GB and 8GB.

The Small Wonder EZ300HD is a first for RCA, as it is the first HD pocket camcorder from the company.  It can record widescreen 720p in H.264 and has 2GB worth of internal memory, which is good for about an hour’s worth of video.  If you want to record more, you can add up to 16GB worth of memory (eight hours of video) with the SDHC memory card slot.

The Infinite Radio, otherwise known as the RIR205, can play AM, FM, and tune into the internet via Wi-Fi for many online radio stations.  This device can be used in conjunction with Slacker’s free Wi-Fi service, which allows the user to customize the device’s 512MB of built-in memory.

All three of these devices will be available later this fall.  The Lyra Slider will be priced at $80 (4GB version) and $100 (8GB version).  The Small Wonder EZ300HD is priced at $160, and the Infinite Radio will be ready for $150.
