During the holiday season, many purchase gifts at both retail stores and online. Recently however, online gift buying has become more and more popular, as it allows you to buy gifts from the comfort of your home. Now that the major holiday shopping is over, it’s time to look at the top sellers at Amazon. As you can probably expect, electronics led the way. More importantly, Apple led the way, however, GPS’ also made a lot of sales.

The Silver Apple 4GB nano, which costs $149 and $137 on Amazon, took the number 1 honor. Next up we had the Garmin Nuvi 350, followed by the $400 Amazon Kindle. Also, Apple’s 16GB iPod Touch, 80GB iPod Classic and the 3rd generation black 8GB Nano were all in the top 10 or so. One surprising thing is that the Microsoft Zune is all the way back in 17th place, even though it is a good PMP. I’m sure next holiday season won’t be too different with PMP’s and GPS’ leading the way.
