Nurian FX1: Electronic dictionary without a keyboard

by Marjorie Dorfman on Dec 15, 2007 at 03:14 AM

Nurian FX1 Elctronic Dictionary

There’s no point in wasting your time looking for the keyboard on this new electronic dictionary produced by the Korean company, Hannuri Biz.  After all, it’s not as if it has been misplaced. It has, instead, been deliberately omitted and replaced with an adopted inductive wheel for navigation, which enhances its convenience in use. The Nurian FX1 has 55 kinds of dictionary contents that include English, Chinese and Japanese, and the “Speed Search Bar” makes it easy to search for words.

You will never get bored using the pen-based Nurian FX1 T electronic dictionary. When you tire of working with words, a mere flick of switch transports you into the world of audio/video player, E-Book reader, picture/text viewer and voice recorder. The Nurian FX1 is compact; measuring in at just .86 x 2.85 x .59 inches and weighs 4.2 ounces. It also comes enclosed in a glossy, UV-coated finish. All in all, this is one cool dictionary. No word on pricing or availability.
