Meet the N96, a 16GB over/under slider that is the new tough guy on the block. Shown today at MWC, the Nokia beauty is impressive. The phone slides down revealing a number pad as normal, but also slides up revealing entertainment controls. Fun. It packs just about everything you could want in a phone.
Featuring a sexy 2.8” display, the N96 not only has 16GB internal memory but adds a microSDHC slot for even more storage. And storage you will want thanks to its DVBh live mobile TV and 5MP camera with Carl Zeiss lens. It also sports A-GPS and Nokia’s mapping software. Rounding out the list are 3D Speakers and WiFi. Hot.
You might remember our Robert Nelson outing some spy pics of this phone back in December. There is a lot to be excited about this phone, even its price is top-of-the-line: 550 Euros or about $797. Coming Q3 this year.
