The United Kingdom will have two new phones from Nokia sometime in the next month, the N79 and N85. Some sources indicate that these phones will launch as early has August 26.
The N79 is meant to replace the N78, and has features such as a 5-megapixel camera and dual-LED based flash. Other features include 3G connectivity, a microSDHC memory card slot, Wi-Fi support, as well as GPS navigation.
As for the N85 (pictured above), it is meant to replace the N81, and it also has some terrific features as well. The camera here ranges from two to five-megapixels, and it also features a 2.6-inch AMOLED display, 28 hours of audio playback, GPS navigation and geotagging support.
You would think that with these phones soon to be released, that we would have a price on them. Unfortunately, we don’t. I suppose we’ll have to wait to see how Nokia does their “London Calling”.
