No iPhone yet, but I have my leather case

by Robert Nelson on Apr 19, 2007 at 12:32 AM

iphone leather case protectorIt’s nice to know that we can protect our phone, even if it’s not in our hands yet.

The iPhone is still a few months away from being released but we are already seeing some cases coming out. Of course with the cases coming out so early we could never put this phone in “our hands” and go right from the box to the case. Hey you can never be too prepared—remember we have to protect and safeguard Apple products, that way we can keep up the resale for when a new version comes out.

The cases that I have seen so far seem to be nice and something I would consider getting if I were to get an iPhone, but it’s still strange to see accessories marketed using a cardboard cutout of the product.

There are tons of iPhone accessories available, even before the iPhone is out. It’s testament to the mass hype this phone has created.

I actually just opened up one of the first iPhone shops on the web (click my name). Not expecting many sales right now, but it’s amusing to browse around and see how many manufacturers are already jumping on the iPhone accessory train.
