Asus has introduced a new UMPC called the R3, which features some pretty cool goodies. Unfortunately, they didn’t release many details on it.
One of the more important things about this UMPC is that it features integrated GPS. Many new electronics these days are featuring GPS, so it’s no surprise that UMPC’s have been adding this technology lately.
Additionally, it sports a screen with 1024×600 resolution, a webcam, and a fingerprint reader for added security.
No word on its price or availability, but it is said it will start shipping sometime in ‘08.
