Mvix 760HD, wireless high definition media streamer
The Mvix High-Definition Wireless Multimedia Center (MX-760HD) is powered by 802.11G wireless technology to aggregate all media touch points in your home and present them in high quality in your HD home theater. Content can come from an option internal hard drive, any of your home computers, USB-based hard or flash drives, or network storage centers. The included remote allows you to control the entire system from your couch.
The player supports over two dozen media formats, including high-definition video (1920x180 progressive scan resolution), DivX (3/4/5), Xvid, MPEG 1/2/4, WMV-9, ASF(WMV9), DAT, DVD(IFO, VOB), ISO, HD-level TP, TS, TRP, MP3, WMA, AAC, OGG, PCM, AC3, DTS decoding including down-mixing, DTS pass through, BMP, JPEG/JPG, PNG etc. And don’t worry about the future because frequent firmware upgrades make sure the 760HD can continue to handle the latest formats and the hardware is built around a Linux-based architecture, offering endless possibilities.
The MX-760HD comes in a sleek metallic chassis with front-panel LCD for $329.
