Here is something we can start to get really excited about: 10” micro laptop, a great looking LED screen, Windows XP and 2.6 lbs and costing just $499. MSI is officially launching their WIND (WiFi Network Device) today with anticipated shipping of the June 16. MSI is touting they are the first to release the Atom processor mated to a 10” screen. The full spec list isn’t bad, especially if the draw of small, inexpensive laptops has caught your eye.
The WIND Windows version features 80GB /2.5 SATA hard drive, an LED display, 1.3MP webcam, bluetooth, 3 USB and a 4-in-1 card reader. These features add up to what MSI says is power saving, high memory plus all the features your boat anchor of a laptop has… Full specs are below.

While many manufactures can only hope to “look glare”, MSI puts it in print. Impressive and daring. MSI is showing off the WIND at Computex with some decoration on the pink case.
