Mini projector for mobile phones from 3M

miniproj Ever think about being able to project an image direct from your cell phone? Thought not. In case you ever do, 3M has designed a ultra-compact, LED-illuminated projector less than 1/2 an inch thick and about the size of a regular headphone earpiece capable of projecting VGA resolution images of up to 40”.

And that isn’t the end of the good news; 3M has also announced that they will be “partnering with leading consumer electronics companies (and) plan to launch products in the next couple of months.”
