Microsoft exposes Palm Treo 800w
During Gates keynote speech, the Microsoft team spoke a little about Windows Mobile. It is a big part of Microsoft’s future as they see it and spent some time on its planned integration with Windows Live. During all this hubbub, this image appeared on the screen under the Windows Mobile logo. Apparently, despite the four Gadgetellers at the keynote, I was the only one to catch this and have since been trying to prove it wasn’t a ghost I saw.
It appears to be the Treo 800w, though no one would confirm that. No one from Microsoft, and Palm denied seeing it. Even in off-the-record discussions with Palm spokespeople, we couldn’t get an ounce of info. Disappointing.
From the image, we can see that it has a more Centro-styled keypad, it looks thinner to me, continues the trend of no antenna and looks quite attractive. White or perhaps a silver looks to be its color and it looks to be running Windows Mobile 6. Does it look good to you?
More info on this as it breaks.
