Microsoft’s channel 10, Xbox 360 Elite video
Microsoft’s internal blog/PR push/content site, channel 10 had a chance to spend a bit of time with Albert Penello, Director of Global Marketing for Microsoft’s Xbox 360. They discussed what is different about the Elite, who Microsoft expects to buy it, how you will transfer your data from an older 360 or smaller hard drive, if there will be content that requires the Elite, when it will be available and for how much. I have to say that it is a rather lame video but worth a few minutes of your time.

When he start talking about not expecting people to replace their existing Xbox with that, as such they haven’t finalised a method of data transfer? I am less than impressed. I expect they’re doing something stupid with the security on the 120gb, IE, what is the sector 16 on the 20 (Cough, 13) has changed in the Elite..
