Harman will be providing car tech for Merceds-Benz thanks to a new deal between Harman and Daimler AG.  What can you expect in your next Mercedes?  Of course there will be navigation and wireless connectivity, but there is also Internet access.  The system will be hard drive based and you will be able to upload your music to it as well.  The Harman system will use Harman’s “GreenEdge” technology which aims to reduce the amount of power consumed as well as keep weight low.  You’re probably familiar with Harman’s technology even if their name may sound unfamiliar.  Here are a few of their brands:  Harman Kardon, JBL, Infinity, AKG, and Mark Levinson.
