LG intro’d a pretty cool and eye catching MP3 player and it looks like it could have competed against the Nano, maybe. Since it doesn’t feature video playback, unlike almost all players nowadays, it probably won’t be any real threat to the Nano. However, it should fare well in the market because of its cool design, though.
Dubbed the UP3, this small, sleek, LG baby features an OLED screen, however, no exact measurements on it. It will play audio in several formats including MP3, WMA, OGG and ASF. It has a USB port
and an FM tuner. As you may be able to tell from the picture above, it looks like it will be available in a few colors including red, gray, pink, black, and blue.
It will be available in 1GB, 2GB and 4GB models with pricing starting off at $74. No word on where or when it will be released as of now.
