Leaked: Sandisk’s Sansa TakeTV

Taking a look at the picture above, you might just think that Sandisk is redesigning their USB flash drives.  Well, you’d be thinking wrong. Kind of.

Leaked to the internet via Buy.com,  the Sansa TakeTV has 8GB of regular (Word, Excel, etc) file storage, but its video capabilities are quite remarkable.  With it, you can put on and play back, via a USB dock,  DivX, XviD, and MPEG-4 video files up to 720 x 576 and 7Mbps for playback on your TV.

No word whatsoever on cost or release date, but this looks like a keeper.  Keep an eye out, video watchers.
