If you vote against using a cell while driving, then don’t do it.

carole migden california senatorGetting into an accident is not funny especially for the person who gets read ended, but the irony with this accident is just to good to pass up. California State Senator Carole Migden has recently read ended a Honda on Highway 12 in California with her state issued SUV while reaching for a ringing cellphone. Normally talking and getting into an accident should not be much news but if you have previously voted for a state bill that would allow fines for anyone caught driving and talking then you should probably not talk and drive, just in case. Of course there was no mention if she was holding the phone or using a headset, either way you should practice what you support.
