Get your iPhone ringtones for free, no hacking required
Its now possible to get your custom ringtones on your iPhone without hacking your phone. With the latest version (7.4) of iTunes you can now simply change the file extension and have your favorite ringtone without paying the extra 99 cents.
- Using Windows Explorer or Finder duplicate and rename any AAC file to M4R
- Double click file to import to iTunes.
- Dock your iPhone and go the to ringtone section, the new ringtone should be listed.
- Sync Phone
- Enjoy your free ringtone!
Pretty simple and easy way to enjoy your favorite ringtones without having to pay for them twice.

I tried this method and when i pluged my iphone back in it was no displayed in the ringtone selection
