Fujifilm FinePix S1000fd digital camera

Fujifilm FinePix S1000fd is touted as the world’s smallest digital camera with a 12x optical zoom, created as an affordable alternative for advanced amateur photographers looking for a great deal of flexibility and range. One of its key features is the proprietary technology called “Face Detection with Automatic Red Eye Removal” which can automatically identify up to 6 faces in a framed scene and instantly render red eye correction. Other features include:

  • 2.7-inch high resolution LCD screen with electronic viewfinder (EVF)
  • Picture Stabilization mode to reduce blur caused by sudden movement
  • Full Manual Photographic Control
  • High Speed Shooting of up to 7.5 frames per sec for 2-megapixel images
  • VGA quality movie recording at 30 frames per second
  • Power source: 4 AA batteries
  • 14 pre-programmed Scene Modes
