First Details about Nokia N81 and N82 surface

Nokia N81 and N91

Just when you though the Finnish cell phone manufacturer would take a breather, here they come again. Hot on their heels after the announced western launch of the N75 and N95, Nokia is at it again.

The phone in black above is the N81, a slider running Sybmian OS. It’s screen resolution is 320 by 240 (think iPod Video) and it will sport a whopping 8 gigabytes of internal memory (think iPhone). The usual is also included: a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and 3G support. Additionally, the N81will have built in WiFi and a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack, a godsend for those who don’t want to drop cash for mediocre headphones that you can only use with your cell.

The white candybar phone pictured is the N82. It brandishes the same OS as the N81, and has all of the features as its counterpart, as well. However, it will use a 5 megapixel camera with a Xenon flash, neither of which are common in phones today (stateside, at least). Other features include a GPS and TV output capability.

Both are expected to launch in the fourth quarter of this year.
