Dell now offering higher resolution displays on the XPS 1530

Dell XPS Laptop

Dell, once again had been listening to their customers. This time they have increased the resolution of the XPS 1530 laptops. Customers now have the option to get additional display resolutions to include:

  • WXGA+: Supports up to 1440 x 900 resolution
  • WSXGA+: Supports up to 1680 x 1050 resolution

Dell has a great system set up with their IdeaStorm community where they take customer feedback, and not only take customer suggestions regarding products but also go as far as giving thanks to those customers via their Direct2Dell blog. Who would have guessed that listening to your customers would be so good for business, this is a lesson that others should take.
